Important: The Application does not provide any gambling services, does not allow users to place bets, create betting accounts, or make deposits. It is purely informational.

The Application is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

The Winline name and logo are used with permission solely for informational and illustrative purposes. The Application is not affiliated with Winline beyond the scope of the granted permission.

The Application requires an active internet connection to function properly. You are responsible for any data charges that may apply when using the Application.

We are not responsible for the Application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to a stable internet connection.

Termination

Ending the Agreement

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device. Use the standard uninstall procedures available on your mobile device or through the app store.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Your continued use of the Application after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
